Order cancellations
Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund for an incorrect purchase.
Once you authorize your transaction all sales are final.Returns and Exchanges
Returns can only be exchanged after we have inspected items and declare the items are in their original condition. Please note, we do not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, worn or damaged.
You may return an item within the first seven (7) days(domestic) or fourteen (14) days(international) after receipt. Exchange can be made for another item subject to availability for store credit or another item of equal value.Buyers are responsible for costs of shipping items back for returns or exchanges and at your own risk. We suggest using registered post.

All products on our online store are shipped from Brisbane, Australia unless otherwise noted. Run Royal uses Australia post for Domestic and International orders.
Delivery times (below) are set by Australia Post. Destination and customs requirements for international orders, will impact on the delivery time. However, we strive to have your order delivered without delay.
